Curls will start to retain moisture for longer with time as the plant actives readdress the moisture balance in scalp and hair. When it comes to cleansing we recommend washing hair 1-2 times a week to ensure hair hydration, eeking out wash days for longer can leave hair dehydrated, prone to unmanageable frizz and breakage.
This week we're focusing on how to look after your curls in between wash days and sharing our top refreshing tips with you. It's natural for moisture to evaporate from the hair over time so refreshing will keep coils at their healthiest.
Mastering your curls in between washes days may take some time to work out. As a guide, if your curls feel dry use either some Curl Conditioner or Curl Cream if they feel fluffy and some help defining use your Curl Defining Gel. Follow the steps below to create your bespoke refreshing spritz.
Curl Conditioner or Curl Cream refresh
Mix 1 part with a little water in a spray bottle or flairosol, shake and spritz hair all over. Smooth over canopy or spot treat individual curls for more uniformed definition. Finish with a little Curl Defining gel if needed.

Mix 1 part with cooled boiled water and spritz hair. Smooth over canopy or spot treat individual curls for more uniformed definition.
