By using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. Where we require your consent to process personal information — for example for marketing communications — we will ask for it separately and explicitly. Continued use of this Website does not constitute consent to marketing communications.
In protecting your privacy Bouclème also ensures it complies with relevant Federal and State legislation including The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act relating to SMS messaging and the California Privacy Rights Act 2020.
This policy (together with our Terms & Conditions and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

If you have any questions about this privacy policy including any requests to exercise your legal rights, you can contact us via our support page stating that your query is about "data protection".
Please note that when you provide information to us on a third-party site or platform, the information you provide may be separately collected by that third-party. The information we collect is covered by this privacy policy, and the information the third-party collects is subject to their own privacy practices.

4. Data Protection
We use third-party service providers including Shopify and Klaviyo to store and process your personal information. These providers are required to protect your data in accordance with applicable law and their own privacy policies.
We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. 5. Marketing Preferences and SMS Opt-In
When you create an account we will ask you which marketing channels you prefer to be contacted through — email, SMS messaging or by post.
Bouclème respects your right not to receive unsolicited marketing communications via SMS. We will only send you messages if you have explicitly opted in to receive them, whether on setting up an account or through other interactions with the webstore or marketing platforms. We will record that consent. We specifically do not use 3rd party lists.
Our website may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. Please check their policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
6. Opt Out
If you no longer wish to receive marketing messages by email, post or SMS you can remove that consent by contacting us at the email address below and asking to be removed from our list. To unsubscribe from email notifications, you can simply click the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any email.
For SMS you can also opt out from receiving marketing communications by replying STOP to a message you have received. Please note that from time to time the short codes and telephone numbers we use to operate the Service may be changed. We will notify you of such changes.
